- 1 c oatmeal
- 1 pc tablea
- 4 c water
- 1 tsp. raw brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 c coconut milk (optional)
- Boil water in a small pot. Add the oats and stir until it\'s cooked, soft and fluffy.
- Add the tablea and the sugar (if using) and salt. Stir until the tablea melts and dissolves.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with milk.
- Serve with a side of ripe mango, or any of your favorite fruit. In the Philippines, some people eat it with dried fish.
